Merger
Information from Karlerö & CO regarding merger between Karlerö & Co and Liljeblad & Co.:
The new law firm will have essentially increased resources to ensure ability to meet the demands of tomorrow, when it comes to high quality law firms. We will be able to offer our clients not only full-service advocacy, but also state of the art-expertise in a number of areas of the law, all of which experience has shown are important to our clients.
The merger has already been set off and the incorporation will be fully completed by July, 1st . The of office will be located in Engelbrektsgatan 5, Stockholm, Sweden, which is Karlerö & Co´s present office location.
The contact details of the “old” Karlerö-people will be unaffected.
